Dr Jo Kaeding

Jo Kaeding has a Doctor in Philosophy from the University of South Australia. Her research focus is inclusive public libraries for children with disability and their families. Jo is a lecturer at the University of South Australia. She is also the Programs Team Leader, with the Adelaide Hills Council responsible for children’s, youth and adult programs throughout the library service. She is a past recipient of the following awards: South Australian Catherine Helen Spence Scholarship, Public Libraries of South Australia Rod East Memorial Award and the Australian Library and Information Association Twila Ann Janssen Herr Award. Jo has held positions with the following committees: Public Libraries of South Australia Executive committee, Australian Library and Information Association, SA Branch, Committee Member, Public Libraries Association of South Australia, Executive Committee Member, Australian Library and Information Association, Children and Youth Services – Committee Member, South Australian Libraries Children and Youth Services (SALCYS) – Member and past Secretary.
